Since the company was founded, more than 3,000 hot plate
welders were built and most of them are still in operation
at their world-wide customers. The record is to weld 34
parts onto one plastic fuel tank. With this know-how,

Technology:
Horizontal or vertical movement of parts forming the joint
during the production process
Machine size depending on application

The machine equipment guarantees constant welding conditions
and therefore constant optimal weld joint quality and
dimensional accuracy of the components
Adjustable welding parameters: Welding temperature, welding
time, cooling time, standard monitoring of inlet pressure,
welding temperature and change-over times
Other optional welding parameters can be monitored
With vertically operating machines, the hotplate can be
swiveled 90°to facilitate cleaning and assembly/installation
of the mounting plates |
